Regional marketing manager three types of cognitive learning 12 month term AFDC Ontario

What you will do: develop events, event-style programs for financial, practice and living solutions based on line of business needs; appropriately positions these solutions with internal and external audiencesaligned with the national approved integrated sales and marketing plans, the manager builds and develops programs at the regional level in collaboration with regional vice-presidents'(RVP) and regional manager’s(RM)sets appropriate ROI targets including (retention; acquisition or awareness metrics) to ensure MDFM is getting the best value for our dollar.Coordinates regional projects on behalf of business lines and vice versa, efficiently leveraging central marketing resources and paired regional resourcesdevelops deep knowledge of the regional market place and our relative positioning in it, and educates business line marketing managers and other marketing team members;understands the value proposition for all lines of business to ensure they are promoted properlyunderstands corporate business objectives and effectively selects and provides guidance for events, sponsorship’s and regional opportunities to help drive resultsexecutes on all related tactics, including both internal and external deliverablesdevelops messaging and exhibit strategies appropriate to the needs of each segmentfacilitates the distribution of information to business area and regions; briefs teams and exhibitors, as appropriate, on event/program requirementsdevelops and manages budgets (within approved limits) for all events under his/her responsibility including both national and regional levels (while regions will have their own budgets; it will continue to be the regional marketing manager’s responsibility to ensure they are applied effectively)monitors, analyzes and reports ROI on event results and conducts quarterly sessions to review progress, improve relations and shift priorities where necessary.Three types of cognitive learning

The regional marketing manager will be responsible to frequently update marketing and client engagement& experience (CEE) teams.Disciplined project management of all his/her assigned programs and tactics using web-based project management tool, following internal processes and best practices relating to its useensures marketing materials used at events adhere to brand standardscontributes to process improvement on an ongoing basis what you need: university degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of progressive event marketing experience with a breadth of skills, preferably in the financial services industry.Three types of cognitive learning

If no financial services experience, must have demonstrated abilities to acquire technical knowledge quickly and successfully market related products and servicesexperience in strategy development and execution of social media in promoting eventsexperience in sponsorship programming and managementexperience in managing local and regional programs and/or events strong negotiation and influencing skillsbilingualism (english/french) is an assetcomputer literate with a solid understanding of microsoft office applicationsexperience using marketo considered an asset what you bring: the regional marketing manager must have a well-rounded set of marketing and business skills and acumen, as well as a wide ranging knowledge of the company and the business.Three types of cognitive learning
