I hear very different ideas of what it means to be salary in these hard times. And I see various interpretations from one supervisor to the next on what someone can and cannot do in similar positions.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom I would love an explanation of what it means to be salary aka non-exempt at UAF; and in layman’s terms what is and isn’t allowable. Per UAF travel’s website, they list the best practice as well as the ability to approve common exceptions.
