Dr. Lisa barker works at st. Lukes childrens hospital and has served this organization as secretary/treasurer for three consecutive years. Currently, she is in her second year as vice president of the idaho chapter of the american academy of pediatrics (AAP).Cognitive learning theory in the classroom dr. Barker has been an effective vaccine champion and expert for this chapter of over 124 pediatricians around idaho. During this time, she has continued her relentless pursuit of educating the community by speaking with legislators of the state about stressing the importance of all vaccines for kids, including the HPV vaccine series.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom Dr. Barker keeps an active presence to build support for HPV vaccination rates for the states adolescent population.
