Nina graduated third in her class with an honours medical degree from trinity college in 1996. She undertook post graduate training in hospital medicine in ireland, the USA and australia, including time spent at the prestigious cleveland clinic ohio, before returning to ireland and undertaking post graduate training in general practice.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom she became a member of the irish college of general practitioners in 2004. In addition to her GP qualification, she has completed a postgraduate diploma in clinical psychiatry.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom she believes strongly that a person’s mental health has a profound influence on their physical wellbeing.

Nina is well known in irish media and has been praised for her straight talking empathetic approach. Dr lakshmi para graduated from UCD in 2010. She grew up in northern england and has also lived in canada where she completed a bachelor of science degree in honours pharmacology at the university of alberta.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom she completed her internship at the mater misericordiae university hospital and obtained a year’s experience in surgery in tallaght hospital.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom however, she soon realised her passion lay in general practice and completed her post graduate training. She became a member of the irish college of general practitioner’s in 2016.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom it was during this time that she obtained a diploma in women’s health from the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists.

Dr para enjoys all areas of general practice but has several special areas of interest.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom she is fully trained in minor surgery and is skilled in removing warts, skin lesions and ingrown toenails and can also do joint injections for problems in the shoulder, hip and knees.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom she has a keen interest in women’s health and contraception (insertion and removal of implanons and mirena coils). She also ran a women’s health clinic in rialto last year.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom chronic disease management and health promotion is another an area she enjoys, in particular diabetes care.

Dr genna jean kenny graduated from university college cork with an honours medical degree in 2010.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom her love of working in the community, getting to know patients and dealing with their needs lead her to the discipline of general practice. Dr kenny completed the cork specialist training programme for general practice in 2015 and subsequently became a member of the irish college of general practitioners.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom

Dr kenny enjoys all areas of general practice and has a special interest in sports and exercise medicine. She completed a master's degree in sports and exercise medicine from university college cork and has also lectured to the undergraduate medical students on this topic for the past number of years.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom dr kenny has a particular interest in joint, back and muscular problems, joint injection, sports injuries and weight loss. Dr kenny also has a strong interest in health promotion, preventative medicine and women's health. Dr kenny is originally from clonakilty in west cork but her husband is from dublin so she moved up to dublin in 2015. In her spare time she likes to keep fit and especially loves to play basketball.Cognitive learning theory in the classroom basketball has been a huge part of her life since teens.
