I totally agree with this. My experience working at a corporation is the same. Most of the white collar hispanics at my company speak perfect unaccented american english (such that you couldn’t detect their race if you only knew them from the telephone) and don’t have any chip on their shoulder about being a minority.Piaget cognitive learning theory I would say the opposite about most blacks. Plus blacks are disproportionately likely to be annoying to work with or incompetent. (not ALL blacks, but a disproportionate share compared to hispanics or whites.)
